Cookies

Our website uses  "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. Cookies can be divided into "temporary" and "permanent". Opto mainly uses temporary cookies (also called "session cookies") to provide you with comfortable access to our content. Temporary cookies are automatically deleted after using the website.

You have the right to receive information about the personal data we have stored about you free of charge at any time upon request. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of these files.

SSL or TLS encryption

In order to protect your transmitted data in the best possible way, our website uses SSL encryption. You can recognize encrypted connections by the prefix "https://" in the page link in the address line of your browser. 

Unencrypted pages are marked with "http://". All data that you transmit to this website cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.

Newsletter

The newsletter is sent out by CleverReach, a professional service provider for marketing campaigns. The customer data (usually the e-mail address) is held by CleverReach. Your e-mail address is used by us exclusively for the purpose of sending newsletters and other opto-information. The registration takes place via the Double-Opt-In procedure and a cancellation of the newsletter is possible at any time.

Contact form / E-Mail

If you send us inquiries via contact form (e-mail), your details from the e-mail, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered in the e-mail is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. A DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data entered by you in the e-mail will remain with us until you request us to delete it, until you revoke your consent to its storage or until the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
