Der Lieferant hat dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass die von ihm zu liefernden Waren uneingeschränkt den Anforderungen der EU-Richtlinie 2011/65/EU +Amendment 2015/863/EU („RoHS3“) und die Anforderungen der Chemikalienverordnung EG Nr. 1907/2006 (REACH-Verordnung) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung entsprechen. Eine entsprechende allgemeine oder produktspezifische Erklärung ist spätestens mit der ersten Lieferung an Opto GmbH mitzuliefern.
Kann keine ROHS Erklärung ausgestellt werden ist die Opto GmbH unaufgefordert davon in Kenntnis zu setzen. Opto GmbH behält sich vor, bei Verstößen gegen die in den oben genannten Richtlinien geregelten Anforderungen, unverzüglich und fristlos vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.
Alle gelieferten Produkte müssen den aktuell gültigen OECD-Leitsätzen entsprechen und dürfen somit keine Konfliktmineralien aus DCR-Länder enthalten. Wir akzeptieren nur Lieferungen, welche die Verordnung (EU) 2019/1021 über persistente organische Schadstoffe (PFAS) erfüllen.
Bitte weisen sie uns umgehend darauf hin sollte ein bestellter Artikel nicht konform zu dieser Verordnung sein. Wir benötigen auf Ihrer Rechnung und Auftragsbestätigung das Ursprungsland und die Zolltarifnummer für die bestellten Artikel pro Position.
Wichtig:
Sollten an den hier bestellten Artikeln zwischenzeitlich technische Änderungen vorgenommen worden sein, so sind diese unbedingt vor Auslieferung mit uns abzusprechen! Sollte ein von der Opto GmbH jemals bei Ihnen bezogener Artikel abgekündigt werden, so sind wir unbedingt schnellstmöglich zu informieren. (Gleiches gilt für eine erhebliche Verschlechterung der Verfügbarkeit, oder Lieferzeit solcher Artikel)

The supplier must ensure that the goods to be supplied by him fully comply with the requirements of of the EU Directive 2011/65/EU +Amendment 2015/863/EU (“RoHS3”) and the requirements of the Chemicals Regulation EC No. 1907/2006 (REACH Regulation) as amended from time to time. A corresponding general or product-specific declaration must be supplied to Opto GmbH with the first delivery at the latest.
If no ROHS declaration can be issued Opto GmbH must be informed of this without being asked. Opto GmbH reserves the right, in the event of violations of the requirements regulated in the above requirements set out in the above guidelines, Opto GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract immediately and without notice. All products supplied must comply with the currently valid OECD guidelines and must therefore not contain any conflict minerals from DCR countries.
We require on your invoice and order confirmation the country of origin and the customs tariff number for the ordered items per item.
Important:
If technical changes have been made to the items ordered here in the meantime, these must be agreed with us before delivery. If an article purchased from Opto GmbH is discontinued, we must be informed as soon as possible. (The same applies to a significant deterioration in the availability or delivery time of such items)

Votre confirmation de commande doit nous parvenir dans un délai de 3 jours.

Le fournisseur doit veiller à ce que les marchandises à livrer répondent sans restriction aux exigences de la directive européenne 2011/65/UE + amendement 2015/863/UE (« RoHS3 ») et aux exigences du règlement CE n° 1907/2006 relatif aux produits chimiques (règlement REACH) dans sa version en vigueur. Une déclaration générale ou spécifique au produit doit être fournie à Opto GmbH au plus tard à la première livraison.
Si aucune déclaration ROHS ne peut être fournie, Opto GmbH doit en être informée spontanément.
Opto GmbH se réserve le droit de résilier immédiatement et sans préavis le contrat en cas de non-respect des exigences réglementées par les directives susmentionnées. Tous les produits livrés doivent être conformes aux principes directeurs de l'OCDE actuellement en vigueur et ne doivent donc pas contenir de “Conflict Minerals” provenant de la RDC.
Nous n'acceptons que les livraisons qui sont conformes au règlement (UE) 2019/1021 sur les polluants organiques persistants (PFAS). Veuillez nous informer immédiatement si un article commandé n'est pas conforme à ce règlement.
Votre facture et votre confirmation de commande doivent préciser le pays d'origine et le numéro de tarif douanier pour tous les articles commandés.
Important:
Si des modifications techniques devaient être apportées entre-temps aux articles commandés, elles doivent impérativement être discutées avec nous avant la livraison ! Si un article acheté chez vous par Opto GmbH devait être annulé, nous devons impérativement en être informés le plus rapidement possible. (Il en va de même en cas d’indisponibilité ou d’augmentation significative du délai de livraison des articles)
